1. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
The total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time and the Shipping Time. We offer the following options:

4. Order Tracking Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s official website.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages If you have not received your order within 5 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at sales@mealivos.com with your Order ID. Our support team will investigate the status of your shipment and provide a solution.
