Order fulfillment and U.S. returns

All online orders are fulfilled and shipped from China. Our authorized third-party facility in Indianapolis, Indiana is used only to process approved U.S. returns. It does not stock products for sale, fulfill or ship online orders, or operate as a Mealivos office or retail location.

Do not send a return to any address without prior authorization. Email sales@mealivos.com first. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address, routing reference, and instructions.
